User Withdrawal Guidelines and Policy
0.1 System Reform Notice
Due to system reforms, all accounts with pending withdrawals must complete their withdrawal before December 31, 2025.
1. Account Withdrawal Status
All account holders are strongly advised to comply with the withdrawal deadline to avoid fines, penalties, and account complications.
2. Withdrawals and Security of Funds
Users must complete all withdrawal obligations in accordance with system requirements.
Withdrawals are processed automatically by the system to prevent loss of funds.
Users’ funds are secure, and the platform will be liable for any accidental loss caused by system-related errors.
3. Account Security
Do not share your account password or security code with anyone. The platform will not be responsible for losses caused by disclosure.
Create strong passwords that do not include personal information such as birthdays or phone numbers.
If you forget your password, contact online customer service for assistance.
4. Optimization Tasks
Optimization tasks are temporarily suspended while the system undergoes comprehensive reforms to meet current security and safety standards.
5. Legal Compliance
Legal action will be taken in cases of account misuse, fraud, or money laundering.
6. Deposits
All payments must be made through the account’s official active deposit channel and verified by the online support/admin team.
7. Deposit Responsibility
The platform is not responsible for deposits made to incorrect or dormant accounts due to user negligence.
8. Payment Completion Time
All agents must complete deposits within the time frame allocated by the system.
All transaction receipts must be submitted to the online admin team for verification.
9. Credit Score Level
All accounts must maintain an optimal credit score level to enable withdrawals.
10. Administrative Assistance
Accounts are eligible for administrative assistance a maximum of three (3) times to facilitate withdrawal.
11. Credit Score Minimum Threshold
Accounts under administrative assistance must meet the minimum credit score threshold to ensure account validation.
12. Account Deletion
Accounts with pending withdrawals that exceed the allocated withdrawal timeframe (December 31, 2025) will be subject to system deletion.
13. Contingency Appeal
Account holders are entitled to submit a contingency appeal for administrative review and consideration.
14. Contingency Fine Forfeiture
Account holders may apply for contingency fine forfeiture once their account credit score reaches the minimum threshold.
15. Final Account Deletion
If an account holder fails to fulfill the withdrawal criteria due to negligence, the account will be deleted by the system, and all funds therein will be forfeited.
16. Administrative Access Unit Code
In the event of final account deletion, the account holder will be provided with the account administrative access unit code for confidentiality purposes.
17. Direct Payments to Mentors
Account holders are strictly prohibited from making direct payments to their assigned downline mentors or sharing personal details with them.
18. Reporting Mentor Misconduct
Account holders must report to the admin team if any mentor requests payment, incentives, or card details for appropriate disciplinary action.
